DOS™ Executive Readiness Assessment™
A five-question executive diagnostic designed to expose operating-system gaps before organizations launch another strategy, transformation, AI initiative, or performance program.
Five questions. One enterprise-level conversation.
Rate each statement from 1 (rarely true) to 5 (consistently true). The goal is not to produce a vanity score—it is to identify where leadership capability and enterprise operating conditions require attention.
Do executives have a shared, evidence-based view of enterprise performance, friction, risk, capacity, and customer impact?
Are strategic priorities clearly connected to capabilities, resources, cross-functional dependencies, and tradeoffs?
Are decision rights, accountability, escalation paths, and executive operating rhythms explicit and effective?
Can the organization translate strategy into coordinated action across departments, vendors, partners, and operating boundaries?
Does evidence from execution reliably change decisions, processes, capability investments, and future priorities?
Score out of 25
21–25: Strong operating-system foundation. Focus on institutionalization and scale.
16–20: Capable but inconsistent. Target friction, governance, and cross-enterprise alignment.
11–15: Material operating gaps. Transformation risk is elevated without foundational work.
5–10: Enterprise execution is likely highly dependent on individuals and local workarounds.
This introductory diagnostic is not the full DOS™ maturity assessment. Enterprise assessments can expand into operating architecture, performance, governance, customer experience, transformation capability, resilience, AI governance, and leadership accountability.
