TRANSFERABILITY & QUALITY

A methodology is not a standard if only its founder can deliver it.

DOS is being structured so another qualified leader, facilitator, educator, or partner can apply the same architecture, use the same evidence discipline, and produce work that can be reviewed against a common quality standard.

TRANSFERABILITY TEST

What must be true for DOS to travel beyond its creator?

Teachable

The Laws, principles, frameworks, operating sequence, and diagnostic logic must be explicit enough to teach—not dependent on founder intuition.

Repeatable

Two qualified practitioners should be able to follow the same method, document their reasoning, and reach comparable operating conclusions from the same evidence.

Auditable

Claims, decisions, measures, barriers, and outcomes should be traceable to evidence rather than authority or presentation quality.

Compatible

DOS must overlay existing Lean/Six Sigma, Agile/SAFe, OKR, ITSM, ERP, CRM, and workflow environments without forcing unnecessary replacement.

Measurable

Implementation quality and enterprise outcomes must be assessed separately so a weak result cannot be hidden behind process compliance.

Version-controlled

The digital source of record, knowledge identifiers, release notes, and governed updates provide a consistent reference as DOS evolves.

DOS QUALITY STANDARD

Six controls for responsible delivery.

1

Use the canonical source

Training, facilitation, assessments, and tools map back to the current Laws, principles, frameworks, and reference records on DOSSYSTEM.org.

2

Establish a baseline

No pilot outcome is credible without knowing what existed before the intervention.

3

Separate diagnosis from advocacy

The facilitator's job is to make the enterprise more visible—not to force every problem into a preselected DOS solution.

4

Maintain an evidence register

Record claims, measures, decisions, barriers, assumptions, and observed outcomes throughout the work.

5

Calibrate facilitators

Use common cases, scoring rubrics, observation, and review to reduce delivery drift between practitioners.

6

Close with learning

Every engagement ends with what was validated, what was not, what changed, and what should be improved in the methodology or implementation.

FROM FOUNDER METHOD TO INSTITUTIONAL CAPABILITY

Quality protects the buyer and the methodology.

Founder experience can establish credibility. Transferability requires codification, practitioner enablement, evidence standards, quality review, and eventually independent validation.
